Today, the Senate Judiciary Committee reported out Andrew Brasher to the floor for a confirmation vote. Brasher is a nominee to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He is a young constitutionalist who should be a great addition to the Court. JAG supports his confirmation.
