This article by Nina Totenberg of NPR (rather DNPR (Democrat National Public Radio) shows what the left is up to:
They are using lawsuits to target election laws and procedures (national and state) to favor Democrat candidates.
Lawsuits will almost certainly continue on these matters through the November election.
Totenberg is a liberal political ally and very close personal friend of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the most liberal Justice on the Supreme Court.
Justice Ginsburg's pal, Totenberg, is trying to put the burden on Chief Justice Roberts and the Republican nominated Justices to prove their fairness by joining the four Democrat nominated Justices.
But Totenberg puts zero burden on the Democrat nominees to do the same, i.e., to cross lines and join the Republican nominees?
Why?
Totenberg is not really interested in fairness or the “image” of the court, but only in political results that benefit Democrat politicians. Totenberg is not principled - and that's putting it kindly.
Totenberg’s article seeks to build a bullying campaign to push Chief Justice Roberts, Justice Kavanaugh, and/or any Majority Justice to join the Democrat nominated Justices. Expect it to continue and to increase.
The Supreme Court majority remained principled in the Wisconsin case, and I hope and pray they will continue to do so.
Keep your eyes open for more “election” cases. There’s a good chance the most important case of this year is an election case that has yet to even be filed.
