The Newest Tool To Stop A Radical Judiciary - JAG Senate Scorecard

Did you know that a few Republican senators vote to approve almost every single Biden federal judicial nominee? If Republican Senators remain unwilling to stand against radical nominees, there is no path to stopping the Biden administration from pushing its agenda into the judicial branch.

For that reason, JAG has been searching for a metric to evaluate how senators vote on judicial nominees. Now, we are excited to announce the release of a new feature that JAG will utilize on both our website and mailings. This feature will provide a big picture view of how each senator votes on judicial nominations while also providing an opportunity for voters to hold their senators accountable. We are proud to introduce you to the Judicial Action Group Senate Scorecard. The JAG team has been working hard to gather data and develop the methodology to create this scorecard. We have reviewed all of the 117th Session of Congress and 118th Session of Congress and collected the voting records for every senator from both sessions. These votes were compiled and calculated together to create the official Judicial Action Group Senate Scorecard. This tool will allow individual voters to see where their Senator stands on Biden’s judicial nominees. Over the next several days, we will be highlighting the highest and lowest ranking of Republican senators on our scorecard. Stay tuned to see where your senator landed in the rankings.
