Below is the “Leaders Committed to Praying for Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh” letter.
Today is a very significant day because Justice Kavanaugh is going through his official “investiture” today and the letter will be delivered to his office.
Note: I expressed concerns about this nomination; however, Justice Kavanaugh is now on the Supreme Court and I believe and pray that God is working mightily in Justice Kavanaugh’s life to make him a great Justice. We want that and we must continue to pray for him and his family!

Re: Commitment to Stand and Pray for You
Dear Justice Kavanaugh,
Congratulations on your nomination and confirmation to serve as Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States of America. Your confirmation was surely one of the most trying circumstances any judicial nominee has endured. We pray and believe that God is healing and will completely heal the wounds that were inflicted upon you, your wife, your daughters, your parents, your friends and loved ones. We bless you in the name of Jesus.
The Bible records that Joseph, the son of Israel, was persecuted but God used the persecution to promote Joseph, to bless his Nation, and ultimately to bring glory to God. In addition, God healed Joseph and the healing was so complete that he was miraculously able to tell his attackers:
“You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives.” Genesis 50:20.
We pray that God will so heal you and your family that you will grow closer to Him, closer as a family, and know with certainty “that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” Romans 8:28.
We also encourage you with the knowledge that we – and thousands of others in our prayer networks are praying fervently for you, your family and your calling both now and in the days, weeks, months and years to come. There are some in the enemy camp who are against you, but be assured that those who are with you are far greater in number and power than those who are against you! Moreover, if God be for you, Justice Kavanaugh, who can be against you? God is not only for you, but He has a great calling on your life that will bring tremendous glory to His Name.
We leave you with this blessing:
“The Lord bless you and keep you;
“The Lord make His face shine upon you, and be gracious to you;
“The Lord lift up His countenance upon you, and give you peace.” Numbers 6:24-26.
Truly, may the Father’s supernatural peace be upon you, the Supreme Court seat you occupy, and on all the wonderful plans He has for you. We love you, appreciate you, and stand with you in prayer for His glory!
